Bleeding After Circumcision

I had my circumcision 5 days ago. I do have a little bit swelling on the right side of the penis. Right above the swelling, its bleeding a bit and the blood appears dark red and jelly type. I looked it up online it said its blood clot. Is this normal after circumcision? My doctor is out of town for some personal reason and his phone is unreachable. Please reply.
