Bleeding after 7 days of having i pill

I had unprotected sex with my husband on 1 and 4 of October and had ipill each time after sex and i started bleeding after 7 days for 3 days...i did my upt home pregnancy test twice and its negative...so what is that bleeding.. something serious...i didn't get my periods in November
