Bleeding after 15 days of period

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had my regular periods on 11th July but from yesterday I got bleeding in which mostly seems brown blood and no pains n all. I am taking Iron and folic acid tabs prescribed by doctor from last 3 months because my hemoglobin is very low and soon we would be planing for baby. I am worried because this happens first time.
