After taking unwanted 72 within 48 hours of sex, I am facing bleeding after 1 week. Is there a situation of I being pregnant or is it due to some other reason?

Bleeding is because of ipill but if any doubt of pregnancy then get urine pregnancy test done after last menstrual period date is crossed
