Bleed before periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I m bleeding after 5th day of taking unwanted 72. It's look alike periods because it's not bleeding it's a patch of blood not much. But my expected date is 9-10april as I got my periods on 4th of mar this month.I did unprotected sex on 16th mar.last mnth on 22feb I took ipil bt on 4th mar period was normal .So I took ipil so earlier may b twice in a month . Can i get pregnant? I m worried. Help
