Bleb in toe

Kindly have a look on my right toe
bleb has been developed due to hard walking.
Toe nail has been trimmed twice by dermatologist to treat ingrown. And I have hard and brittle nails in my both feet . So I can't wear shoes to walk. When some slippers rubs while walking, I am seeing bleb or black spot.
Tried all medicines and applications to heal hard and ingrown nail . But No use .
As of now it is not in a condition to apply any salicylic cream
