Blast / abn lympo and NRBC in my CBC report. Is anything serious please advice? And iam having body pain but no fever.. Also attached blood test report...

There is nothing wrong with your your report. They Red blood cell counts and white blood cell counts are normal. The terms Blasts and abn lympho are vague they should mention what kind of blasts and what kind of abnormal lymphocytes. This vague terms should not be used without proper details about blast cells and lymphocytes. The most important thing is this report not verified by a qualified pathologist If you have any doubts please go to qualified pathologist lab rather than roadside lab technicians
