Bladder troubles
I’m 15 with Spina Bifida and I am very active with sports. It’s been hard controlling my bladder when I play basketball, I have gotten a deflux procedure done and it hasn’t done anything. I cathetarize right before I practice but some how leakage still happens. I’ve had to wear diapers and pee pass. What can I do to stop this?

You may have to consult a urologist or give a follow up visit if you're with a urologist. All you need is an assessment of the bladder with urodynamics to know about bladder filling. You might need medications to calm the bladder called anti-muscarinic drugs and to continue self catheterization periodically as suggested by your urologist earlier
Next Steps
Restrict fluid intake after playing, medications
