Bladder outlet obstruction due to BPH

I am facing weak urine flow, noctoria, urine retention, frequent urination, kidney stones etc. I got PAE done in 2018 without any improvement. I am 56 and sexually active. Pls suggest best treatment option

If you have urinary retention or recurrent UTI then conservative treatment with medications will not be successful. For you a ep-TURP seems to be the best option.

Your problem seems to be due to benign prostatic hyperplasia. And if you are getting repeated infection, retention episode then you should go for a formal transurethral resection of prostate.
