Bladder neck obstruction

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I was diagnosed with bladder neck obstruction 4 months back. I'm not on medication... But since last 15 days I'm having pain and discomfort in my pubic and groin area.. it also travels to my lower stomach and lower back and testicles . I feel my urine pressure is quite normal..and there is no pain while urination. Frequent urination is there but not at all times. Are these symptoms related to BNO. or any other possibilities. Will I need surgery or meds will help?
