BLADDER NECK OBSTRUCTION
Diagnosed with primary bladder neck obstruction taking dr prescribed me alfuzosin 10 mg but still not giving full relief. Still post void residual urine in us abdomen is 90 ml Is it dangerous.. Is 90 cc pvr is harmful plz give me guidance and tips...

It’s not so dangerous but you have to take medication at PVR of 90 ml.
