Bladder neck incision
I have high bladder neck problem detected in systoscopy. After some medications , Dr adviced me to do bladder neck incision. Is it safe or any side effects?

This is helps in better urine flow, especially in young males who do not have enlarged prostate and urine flow is not improving on tamsulosin. Every surgery has its risks , and they are as under for this surgery 1. Recurrence of obstruction 2. UTI 3. Retrograde ejaculation - when you have orgasm then semen won’t come out
