Bladder infection

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I got pain in below stomach in Dec then I went to hospital they did scan and they said u have bladder infection and they suggested to take tablets but every month I am getting same pain and I am using same tablets is it critical ? Or not what is the solution for this and why I am getting ?
