Blackness in inner thighs
My thighs are very dark sometimes there is itching and once in a while it swells mildly and it also smells. I think I did not maintain the area well frm childhood. What should I do to get the area clean and hygienic. One or two doctors prescribed miconazole. But it subsides for time being.

Dear Practo user,
Consult Dermatologist also, in case you have not done so far. If you are overweight, reduce it. Get Blood Sugar profile done, if not done earlier. Keep that area exposed to exterior whenever possible. Don't wear tight leggings.
