It has been almost three to five months that I've noticed blackish pigments on my feet, especially my right foot. These pigments are common near my toe and ankle area. It does not hurt, but I'm not getting a good feeling about it. I believe that my slim fit trousers reduce blood flow to my feet and as such are a reason for the pigments.
Please guide me as to the cause and treatment of this problem. Thank You.

It might be due to venous insufficiency. Better assess your BMI, rule out obesity. Plz mention about your job( person standing for longer duration may have this type of pigmentation )
