I have black head issues on my nose. My skin is quite oily. Even in winters it is bit oily. Kindly suggest some remedies

Blackheads, Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Black heads occurs due to blockage of overactive oil gland. It happens due to hormonal changes, improper diet, environmental effects, stress, pollution and many other causes.
Treatment depends on severity of problem, age and also it depends on other factors.
Avoid oily food, sweet, icecream, chocolates.
