I have grade 1 acne vulgaris
Which includes of 3-4 pustule and lot of whiteheads and blackheads all over the face.
How long should adaplene(0.1%) be used ?
Also does it causes purging?

It depends on the severity...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. If multiple pustules are there, adapalene alone is not sufficient.
Also I need further details about your skin type for treatment. Kindly consult online with pictures
