Can you see floaters in dimly lit backgrounds ? Like say out in the streets at night under street lights ? I sometimes see a tiny black spot dot like thing comes in goes in a second you don't come to when it comes and goes . Sometimes I see it in dimly lit rooms and backgrounds too ? Dilated exam five months back was normal subsequent general eye exams were normal too and number has been stable :) I have had migraines but the last time was in Jan after that it stopped

Floaters are usually nonpathological and you will have to learn to omit them.
Since you have got your retina check up done and it's ok then you need not to worry. Just learn to omit it.
