Black stools since 3 days after fever

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi having black stools since last 3 days after fever reduced. I don't have fever now but CBC hb reduced by 0.5. Platelets dropped from 1.86 to 1.55laks WBC reduced to 2700. I was on antibiotics for typhoid. Taking PAND morning before food. How long the black stools continue, is it emergency? What to eat

Repeat hb ,if fall is more than 2 gm,then you need endoscopic evaluation,In typhoid small ulcers are seen in terminal ileum and do bleed in 2 nd week of Disease
