Black spots on Inner thighs

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Greetings Doctor. I followed a weight loss diet a monty after which these black spots started appearing on my legs, specially circling around inner thighs. A Few on my back and arms. It has these black things coming out of it and I really don't know what that is. Please suggest a lotion that can help. Thanks
