Black spots on forhead
I have blackspot on my forhead from last two years. Sometimes it becomes darker and sometimes lighter. Not able to understand what Is exactly this. Can it be due to Harmon imbalance? What is treatment of this?

Hi. Greetings. The following precautions would help you : 1. Daily use of sunscreen in day time of SPF 30 applied half hour before sun exposure 2. Daily bed time use of moisturiser like cetaphil or emoderm in case of dry skin . 3. Peeling agents/ skin lightening agents prescribed by dermatologist for reducing the pigmentation 4. Evaluation by dermatologist of pigmentation - possibly melasma/ hormonal/ or just sun tan 5. Kindly read my blog on daily skin care on Practo health feed. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
