Black spots on face and unwanted hair

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, am in plan to under go Lazer treatment for unwanted hair on face (chin area). Am diagnosed pcos and type2 diabetic (higb sugar and high insulin). Delivered a baby recently and on breast feeding. Can you please let me know if i can under go the treatment now or wait for sometime. If i have to wait. How long should i wait. During the lazer treatment do i need to take any medicine for hormones. Thanks in advance.
