Black spots on both Chicks (Melasma)
I went through a dermatologist & used Advan -Thf & Kojic Cream for around three months & many other treatments...Black spots got lighter but again appear & remain the same.
Please help if can.

Melasma is difficult to treat but a lot of options are there. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma. Constant maintenance is required becuase melasma relapses. Please send photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Please don't use over the counter steroid containing skin lightening creams.
