Hii Good morning,I am having a dark colored skin in stomach region ,It's present only there remaining portion is good,When I wear belt it gets worsen and makes sepsis ,whats going on here I don't know,please consult me

The condition is being aggravated by friction, so please avoid wearing tight clothes. Wear loose fitting clothes and also moisturiser the area well. Apply moisturiser after bath atleast twice daily.
The pigmentation will subside gradually.
