I have black spot in my face between my eye & ear,also Have black in my underarm,& my neck Please suggest me what can I do.

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin​ folds like underarms, neck and face becomes dark. it happens due to sedantry lifestyle and or overweight.
