I am 32 years old.
I have attached photo. I have black skin due to lot of Fode and Funsi. Ye thik nhi hoti. Ek bar khatam ho k doosri jagah nikal aati h. Same problem is at underarms. Its painful at initial stage and late itching. After that it occur at some other place. Mostly when I eat sweets it occur very quickly
M very tensed. Meri marriage hone wali hai. Pls help me to get rid of this problem.
Any gel/solution/tonic/tablet. Pls suggest.

From the details u provided it looks like hidradenitis suppurativa/ acne conglobata. It doesn’t look like any infection.
