Hey My self Sandeep Singh from Chandigarh. I have Face Pigmentation problem since year. On my face i have some black patch's on face. I attached a picture for better understanding of the query. I want to know the exact issue and exact medicine for the same ? Please provide me solution for the same. Note: Dr. Must be from Chandigarh.

This is Melasma. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma.
