Most of the time the black spots on the tongue are due to fungal infection.
You should use STOLIN oral gel. It can be applied inside the mouth with a finger. After the application you should not rinse the mouth for one hour.
In addition you should take Tab Fluconazole 100 mg daily for 10 days.
