Hello Doctor, I have noticed dark black line on my father's thumb. Attached the image of same. There has not been recent injury and my father report it to be 2-3 months old at least. He is on BP and sugar medicine. One of the medicine is betabest XL 50. Whom should I consult for the same. Kindly refer specialization. Thank you
