Black heads on face since 10 yrs,how can i get rid of it?only on half part of(right side)of face.Is it freckles or something,please explain me.Any advice will be helpful.

Hi. Greetings. Black heads are a type of acne. Freckles is pigmentation that occurs in fair skinned individuals due to sun exposure. So both the conditions are quite different.
