My daughter who is just 12 years old is having black heads on her nose and also on her cheek ... it looks like it's deep within ... pls advice how to get rid of them without harming her tender skin

Thanks for the query. These are possibly comedones and removing them with nails may cause a problem, you need to find why are they happening and it can be done easily by consulting a dermatologist.
