Black Fungus Query - I Had Tested Positive For Covid 40 Days

I had tested positive for covid 40 days before. i was given Azithromycin. Later i was facing palpatation issues post covid, then my doctor did egc and 2d echo, and blood tests and everything was normal. Few days back everything was fine, but then i started feeling headache (mostly on right side) and throat pain. Doctor has prescribed me medicines and asked to do steam twice a day. After steam i feel dryness in nose and the pain is still there. I also have sinus problem. Also i have seen a tonsil like lump in my throat attached the pic. Do i need to worry about black fungus? please suggest.
