Black Fungus/Panic
Hi Dr, I am a covid recovered patient. 14 days quarantine end on 27th April(home isolation) no other illness..from previous sat I got serious panic attacks couldn't able to sleep without anti anxiety . From past 5 days I am facing severe headache (which is better now) nose blockage and face and eye pain.. I am scared that it is Black fungus. Please Advise

You are not at risk of mucor. the major risk factors are: Diabetes (uncontrolled) Steroids high dose Hospital environment (contaminated) Unsterile mask Since you have no risk factors, it is less likely to be black fungus. Do not worry ✌

well since you are recovering well and good black fungus doesn't affect all ppl unless they immunocompromised or if they got steroids in any form of tretment in past days so dont worry of black fungus if you are nether of both head can be of many things hydrate well have adequate rest enough nutritious food steaming if you still have symptoms persisting get consulted dont worry
