I had steroids(deflazacort) post covid(10 days after recovery) due to chest pain can this lead to black fungus i am currently just having little nose blockage

Not necessarily..there are so many causative factors which leads to mucormycosis (black fungus).I need detailed history for the diagnosis.consult online for further queries
