Hi, I observed a black dot at an eye corner near nostril. Can you please advise the cause and treatment. Thanks

Is it a new one or had been there for some time? See if it is increasing in size or shape,if there is any itching or discharge.If these are present u need to see an ophthalmologist in person .If it is asymptomatic no need to do anything...but keep an watch on it
