My wife is having some black dead skin type in her middle finger in right had .. it keeps on spreading across the finger

Your wife must be having hand Eczema which is common in women and happens due to constant exposure to detergents. Eczema has to be treated in the acute stage and later some precautions can help minimise the recurrences. Do not use soap over the affected areas. Avoid washing clothes and utensils.
