Black acne scars all over in my back
I've black acne scars all over in my back and upper arms. This marks are started from 1years ago. Due to working pressure, i don't have a consultant advice. Please help me to get relief from it. This scars make my back almost black..

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
