The first thing you need to do is get rabies vaccine and visit nearby clinic for immunoglobulin as well. Also get a tetanus shot. Wash the wounds with soap and water and leave it open.

rabies is a 100% fatal disease but the good thing is it's a preventable disease if you take vaccine and immunoglobulin on time.
