Birthmark on lower lip
The birth mark is bit hairy and dark black. It is also increasing proportionly with her age. Can it be removed at the early age of 6

It's a pigmented hairy naevus. Try laser hair removal and then see if the color and texture improves. When she is 16 to 18 years then a removal of the naevus with a full thickness skin graft will give a better result.
