Hi sir
The skin lesion is hemangioma meaning some abnormal blood vessel present over the skin
Nothing to worry much most of these skin lesions will disappear spontaneously between 1-2 years of age
If persistent only we need to have some intervention
Make sure the lesion is not injured or cut accidentally which may cause blleding
Otherwise nothing to worry

It looks like hemangioma..it increases in size with growth of child..but after few years it spontaneously resolves usually....if it creates problem, laser excision(option), some drugs can be given..but u need to visit the Dr in person for that..
