Hi dear, most effective ones are hormone pills.
If you wish , start taking
Tab Choice one tablet daily after dinner.
First packet preferably to be started in Day 1 of next menses.
On the package , tablets are marked 1,2,3... and so on.
First finish all the white tablet (21 in number)s, then finish all the black tablets (7 in number)
After finishing one packet, immediately start next packet without any gap.
Your menses will come during black tablets time.
You are 100 % protected right from starting of tablets.
