Hello doctor on 2/3/2020 I got C-section girl baby. first 8months I didn't get periods so I visited my nearest hospital they suggested me to take lycored tablet for my regular periods but before haing that tablet I got periods. This month also I have same issue but we had in IC in between I didn't check my pregnancy test yet. I have 10month feeding baby she s less in weight so please suggest me safe pill for both abortion and birth control which will not harm to my baby.

Check urine pregnancy test. Cant give abortion pill online. If negative approach a gynec , take tablets for getting period.after periods, get copper T inserted. It is safe contraception. If positive also meet gynec, they will give pills for abortion. It will go as heavy period for a week
