My younger brother aged 20 was diagnosed with BPD 3-4 yrs back and he was on and off medication for all this time he is on Dicorate ER 500 and sizodon LS for last year and a half we tried withdrawing the medicine but which showed effects on him like less appetite and weakness we have changed the city whom should we consider.

Less appetite and weakness my be the symptoms of depression. In bipolar disorder there are two types of phases one is mania and another is depression. So it would be better to consult with psychiatrist for proper treatment.
