My 69 year mother biopsy report came SPECIMEN Cores from right lung lesion Sample - Tissue BLOCK NO. MHO/HP/174/23 Sample - Tissue GROSS APPEARANCE: Sample - Tissue 3 linear tissue, largest measure 1.5 cm. All embedded. MICROSCOPIC FEATURES: Sample - Tissue Section shows moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma with acinar pattern. IHC carried out on block 174/23 shows the lesional cells are positive for TTF1 and are negative for ALK1(D5F3,Ventana) and ROS1(SP 384,Ventana) Please tell me what is the Result? Is this curable?
