Binge-eating disorder.
Im over weight n having diabetic from past 1 yr. But Im unable to manage my weight. Tend to eat a lot when alone and have habit of buying and storing junk food and eat in secret. I do exercise but due to eating habits unable to lose any weight. Been over weight is also starting to cause issues for bp. How do I overcome this.
