Have have a new born baby boy 5 days old.Today the bilirubbin test showed 19.5 is it very serious ..

Mam what is the gestation age? Weight of baby? Mother and baby blood group? I would suggest u to give double surface phototherapy for 24 hour and adequate feeding every 2 hours..thank u
