Bilateral.prominent renal pelvis in fetu
Helo doctor Iam 20 weeks pregnent radiologist said that my baby is having bilateral prominent renal pelvises in fetus?? What does it mean ? Does any complication to my baby during pregndncy or after birth?

it is widening of ureter that is the tube through which urine flow from kidney to urinary bladder .its generally finding in USG It will go just away when development of fetus complete no need to worry but be in followup with the size of it,and regular ANC.
