Bilateral polycystic ovarian disease

Am 24 yr old girl .since starting my periods have hardly been regular .sometimes mild, sometimes heavy , with time gap of 2 to 3 months , .in usg( whole abdomen) ,it shows cyst with centrl ecogenic stroma.left ovary(34×16mm),right(36×20),endometrium(5.6mm)
Also I've pain in knees when a white material is secreted from vagina, I can also heard cramps in knees. Sometimes I start feeling very breathless autometically , there is sharp pain in chest .there is some here growth in chest.
