Bilateral Pcod,subserous fibroid
Am 28 yrs old unmarried female diagnosed in ultrasound pelvic scan with bilateral polycystic ovaries nd small subserous fibroid measuring 2.5*1.8cm in posterior wall of uterus. right ovary measures 3.9*3.5*1.9cm,left ovary measures 3.3*2.9*2.1cm both ovaries show multiple pheripherally placed follicles with central echogenic stroma.i hv my periods on time without any delay...kindly advise wat treatment should i undergo for subserous fibroid & pcod?

No treatment as such needed for subserous fibroid . However for pcos you need further evaluation and treatment accordingly which ll include diet , exercise and medications.
