  3. Bilateral ovarian cysts. Of 21 days?

Bilateral ovarian cysts
I  had scanty periods from past 6 months... after consulting gynecologist i have done ultrasound where bilateral ovarian cyst found left=4.24*4.08cm...and on right 3.31*3.07cm ..Dr.prescribed me to take duolution tab for 21 days with milk at night... is 21 days dose be sufficient to treat my cyst? or what will happen when my periods come before my dosage of 21 days(duolution) ... should i continue my dose course after having periods in between of 21 days ??
